By accessing or using the Dhaniwin platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use Dhaniwin.
- You must be a resident of a state in India where real money gaming is not restricted by law.
- You are responsible for verifying the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
- Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
3. Deposits and Payments
- Minimum deposit: ₹100.
- Deposits are processed via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and bank transfer.
- Dhaniwin does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- Deposited funds are added to your gaming wallet and are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ₹200.
- Withdrawals are processed to UPI, Paytm, or bank accounts.
- Standard processing time: 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on method and verification status.
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
- Dhaniwin reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.
5. Game Rules and Fair Play
All game outcomes are determined by certified algorithms. Past results do not predict future outcomes. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or hack game systems will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements. Dhaniwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time. Abuse of bonus systems (e.g., creating multiple accounts) will result in account suspension.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Creating multiple accounts
- Using the platform if you are under 18
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts
- Engaging in money laundering or fraudulent activity
- Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the platform
- Sharing your account credentials with others
8. Limitation of Liability
Dhaniwin is not liable for any losses incurred through gameplay. Real money gaming carries inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that all deposits and bets are made at your own risk and discretion.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
Dhaniwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in suspicious activity, or is found to belong to a minor. Funds in suspended accounts may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
